PATINA DREAM TEAM 5-A-SIDE TOURNAMENT
6th May 2025 4.00-7.30pm at Lewes FC
We are delighted to offer pupils from years 5 and 6 the chance to participate in our Dream Team Football Festival back at Lewes FC’s Dripping Pan. Up to 15 teams have the chance to compete for the Patina Cup on Lewes FC’s hallowed turf!
Squads consist of 7 players with at least 2 girls or 2 boys in each team. Matches will be 5-a-side with teams always including a mix of boys and girls when in play.
The entry fee is £6 per player, £42 for the team. Teams will be accepted on a first come-first served basis. Please note that this is not an interschool competition and teams can be made up of friends from any school. Teams may have their own strip although bibs will be available for each match. All teams need an adult manager plus one other adult for any care needs. Supporters are most welcome! £5 per adult on the gate.
Please note that Patina cannot be held responsible for children at this event. Supervision of children is the responsibility of adults bringing them to the event.
This year we are inviting team names relating to our 2026 Moving On theme of 'Absolute Legends' Don’t worry if you don’t have a team name before completing the registration form you can always email it afterwards.
All children taking part in the tournament will need to have completed an e-permissions form https://form.jotform.com/260737020094350 If your child cannot be photographed please email Katy directly at katy.patinalewes@gmail.com and let her know their name and the team they are playing for.
We would love a photo of your team (you don’t need to be in kit!). This photo might be used on Patina’s website and social media (Facebook and Instagram). If you would like to send us a photo of your team please make sure that there is a completed photography consent form for every child. Emailing a photo is not compulsory.
This event is a fundraiser for the 2026 Moving On Parade taking place on Friday 3rd July 2026.
