Cress Heads

We really wanted to give all the children Moving On this year the chance to grown their own food and thanks to the support of the wonderful Enjoolata Foundation this has been made possible.

All year 6 children taking part in Patina have been given a special packet of Moving On 2024 cress seeds to make their own cress head!

Cress is a tiny herb with big superpowers including helping our immune system, strong bones and healthy hearts.

We would love to see photos of the cress heads and some of the funny faces drawn on the egg shells. Please send us your cress head photos or tag Patina in your photos! Watch your funny face grow green hair and gobble up your cress in a salad or sandwich. Enjoy!
